My mother has a Huawei P Smart and suddenly she has an ad for a reset when she takes it out of her pocket. There was the selection Factory Reset, Wibe Cache and NO. I pressed NO. Then came again the same selection options. My dad told me to go reboot, because the phone just restarts without any data loss, but that's not what happened, the phone was set back to factory settings and I'm just crying all the time, because I could've just tried it somehow finish without selecting Reboot. Now everything is gone pictures, apps, chats, etc. Only the contacts are there. Is there any way at least to restore the pictures, because it was a morally valuable pictures on the phone, which you can't record again. And especially there are free variants?
