Looking for a tablet for max. 200 euro and fluctuate between Samsung and Huawei but I'm not sure about the Huawei models, there are several that fall into the price category. Do you have any recommendations?

Take a look at the Zen pads from Asus. I don't know if they are still doing some. I have had a Zenpad 3S 10 inch since 2017 and I'm still very satisfied. You can even get a stylus for 40 euro

Well, it's not an anti-glare display. But you have that with almost all tablets, so you need a matte screen protector. So I never had any problems recognizing anything, I have to say. I also mainly used the device indoors (not least because of a good Wi-Fi connection)
