Selfiestick does not pair with the cell phone?

Has anyone ever ordered a Bluetooth selfie stick via Joom? I received it, try to connect it to the cell phone, it is recognized, when I pair it I always get an error message, can't be paired. Have Huawei mate P20 lite, with Huawei P8 and P9, as with P30 there are no problems. What could be the problem?

Do not buy on Joom or wish in the future. It's all too expensive and Joom doesn't even sell it. It mostly comes from Ali Express or Bangood and so on. Since Joom operates drop shipping, it is logically much more expensive for them than if you simply bought it through Ali Express.
