Haay, I would like to display the seconds on my Huawei Mate 20 lite.

One of your apps on the phone should be the watch app. If you click on it, the clock is displayed with second.

One way would be to grab a widget and place it on one of the screens. The analog clock widgets usually also have a second hand.
