Huawei mate 10 lite lock screen password change?

I have had the problem for 2 days that I no longer remember my lock picture password, or I know exactly that it is, but it is displayed to me as incorrect. I can't change anything in the settings because it does not work or greases. I don't want to reset my cell phone to factory settings just because my cell phone suddenly no longer accepts the password
