Are Huawei tablets still supported by Android?

I came across the Huawei Mate series while looking for a new tablet.

Will Android updates be released for these tablets in the future? This is not the case for some smartphones. But I couldn't find anything about the tablets.

Android is free, everyone can customize it, Google then works with certain companies but not with others.
