Camera not working for a few months, what do you do?

I've actually only had my mobile phone for half a year or at the beginning the camera still worked but then no longer when I take pictures with the camera they are not saved and when you click on photos only this black screen appears, see picture I have a huawei and I have already tried everything but nothing works, not even the things that go with others I had tried everything I have taught all my memory and still nothing works

Huawei gives a 24-month guarantee on its smartphones, why didn't you send it in for repairs right from the start?
