Warranty conditions upon submission?

Love community,

4 weeks ago I sent in my Huawei Honor 10 because of a broken speaker. Before that, I had a long e-mail contact with the honor service, in which they have told me that the device after 2 weeks from the submission to the repair company is back with me.

Now the "Ingram Micro Service" has found the bugs and uploaded them to the website, but since 4.07. No answer came from either honor or the service. Then I wrote an e-mail to the repair service if the information has been, for a week no answer and then I wrote again honor. These said they get in touch with the company and let me know… Unfortunately, there has been no answer for 3 days

can you help me here in any way? I do not know any more…

From a legal point of view, the whole thing is not quite right

Do

So the excitement can definitely understand. Here probably one does not know what the other one is doing. Totally unprofessional and not exactly customer-oriented. As it looks legally, I do not know exactly. The fact is that the two weeks have been clearly exceeded! That's why I would put a little pressure on it and not let it get rid of me so easily. I would call it more often (if you find a number online) that is often better and easier than writing e-mails. Show your anger but try to stay friendly because the staff at the call center may be least likely.

Hope could help you a bit
