So my problem is that my Honor 10 always restarts 3 to 5 times a day for the last few days. I've already freed up memory, downloaded the latest updates and taught the cache. Everything didn't work. I don't want to reset the phone, is there another option?
If you have to connect to a PC with your mobile phone, the error is usually displayed, so it leads through a software update, but your things are not deleted.
I have the exact same problem as described by "Double" (in the post above) - this strange restarts seem to ocour since End of March 2023. I downloaded dte latest updates and today there was even a major system Update 10.0.0.180(C432E5R1P4patch01) and after that about 27 apps also needed an update. But in spite of all this updates the unexpected restarts ocour (at least 5 times in the last 7 hours today). Another strange behavieor: when I force a restart or switch off the phone and on again, it seem, that the phone makes a restart (HONOR logo static and afterwards with 3 times the vertical white bar going through the HONOR Logo as far everything as expected, BUT after that instead of running the screen goes black again and it locks like another restart. After this "SECOND" (unexpected) restart the phone is up and running… But stil needs at least 10 to 15 seconst until the clock-time is displayed…) CAN ANYBODY HELP?
