Mobile phone in emergency backup, what to do?

I wake up this morning, turn on my cell phone and see an emergency backup screen (cell phone: Huawei Honor view 20). There are four options there 1. Save 2. Reset the phone 3. Restart 4. Switch off. Does anyone know what to do there?

3 and 4 do not work… Then all that remains is to save the data and then reset…

Keep on trying. Or else on reboot press up volume and power button to get recovery screen. Power off. Nd than restart after sometime. Ever Honor support can't help you. That's the only way to get it back.
