Hello a smartphone on eBay sold, now the buyer writes me and says the smartphone had a crack and he wants me to take back the smartphone because it is not as described.
And in the description I wrote
, Hi here offer my Huawei Honor 8Premium for sale. The smartphone is technically in perfect condition, signs of wear, see pictures.
I will be glad to answer any questions you might have.
Happy bidding
No guarantee and return "
That's how I wrote it one on one.
Do I have to take back the article, the crack is visible even if not recognizable but visible.
Well, here you would have given the crack, because only to assume that you can see it is not enough alone. Take it back and sell it again, but write this time with the tear.
A crack is not a trace of use but a defect, almost impossible to recognize in the picture, if I were the buyer I would have refunded the cost of a new display or send the item back and want to have my money back.
You should take it back or otherwise agree with the buyer, because the description was not correct: a crack in the display is not a trace of use, the crack is not really visible in the picture (which is not very successful anyway by the reflections) perfect condition is not.
Tip: You avoid hassles when describing a device state as accurately as possible.
