Yes, but with moving parts something breaks quickly. Then you have no front camera and you have to buy a new phone if you need the front camera. With dust or dirt, the moving part quickly breaks down. I think within 12 months, all major smartphone manufacturers will follow suit and produce completely borderless displays. I'm not even a fan of a Notch, only with Samsung I succeed with the s10 but also that I find annoying but much better than a notch.
