I have to order the tariff "O2 Free Unlimited Max Partner Card For Experts". Is it possible to insert this SIM card into a mobile hotspot to supply other end devices with WLAN? Or are there problems, since it is not a pure data tariff but also an Allnet Flat integrated?

That's fine, but it doesn't really make sense, because the partner card is a discounted second contract that runs in parallel with your contract. A Multicard (MultiSim) would be better for your purpose, i.e. A second pure data card for your tariff. I think it costs an additional 10 euro per month for your tariff (check your tariff), but you don't have a (more expensive) second contract (partner contract). This MultiSim can of course be plugged into any data-capable end device (that's what it is intended for), including a mobile WLAN router.
