What are Huawei Points?

Have a huawei I also have an account. There's cloud etc. But what are Huawei Points and how do you get them. I only heard that it has something to do with payments.

Virtual credit, as well as iTunes, Google Play, etc. You can only get them here in Germany through special events. You can't buy them in Germany. Just win somehow.
