Good Huawei Cell Phone for Step-Sister?

My stepsister (12) has a cell phone and she has had the cell phone for 1 year. It is starting to hang a lot. If she sometimes looks at a tik tok or is on other apps, her cell phone hangs correctly. That is why she would like to have a new cell phone.

I was going to give her one for Easter, I know it's a bigger gift. But, I also want to make her happy with it & that she has something new that works well.

My stepsister is not an iPhone fan, she is a Huawei fan.

Do you know a good Huawei cell phone that you can order? It shouldn't come from another country!

Unfortunately, it becomes difficult with the Huawei issue.

Either the P30 Lite just accordingly still with Google Services but no more updates or the P40 Lite without Google Services but with possible updates.

Then up to 299.99 euro. 🤷🏻♂️
