New laptop only charges up to 70?

My new Huawei notebook only charges up to max. 70% up. I can't find a setting in the pre-installed PC Manger or Windows (10) to change this.

The view is also not bad for the battery… If there's no display error, but you have set it somehow. The battery lasts best when it is between 30-70%. But since it is new and I do not think that you have set anything, I recommend to have it exchanged.
