EBAY: Purchased cell phone blocked what to do?

I bought a Huawei classified ads on Ebay and I can't set it up because I have to log in with the old Google account and the seller no longer logs in. What can I do?

I think you should be able to reset it completely when you connect it to the PC. With IOS devices this would not work.

Try to reset it to the factory settings! I hope it works! If you are unlucky, you will have to pay a fee to the provider, which may cost up to 100 euro; therefore you don't buy a cell phone through eBay classifieds! I also fell for something like that and that was a lesson for me.
