I have purchased with the Samsung Gear S3 Frontier and now have the following problem:
Every time I start a route on my connected smartphone (Huawei P20Pro), this route is transferred to my watch, but breaks off after a few moments as soon as I lock the phone and put it in my pocket. Funny thing is that the route on the phone is no longer running, but also broken off.
I bought and downloaded the respective companion on the hand and on the watch.
Does anyone have an explanation for this mistake?
Have you enabled any background activities for Samsung Gear on your phone? Locking the screen will disconnect your watch.
