I got a Huawei cell phone from a friend. We have reset the cell phone but can't delete the user data and do not know it because nobody has the access data for the email address that was previously used. We do not know the email and the password.
Is there a way to remove the user data without sending the phone to the manufacturer?

We did it, it worked. Only the user data are still saved because we could not delete them beforehand.
Which user data? After the factory reset, everything is gone… Do you still have a SD card in your cell phone or the SIM card?
Delete the account via the google + page or send a new email
