Android 10 beta is not working?

I wanted to join the Android 10 beta project from Huawei with my mobile phone, but the beta is not shown to me although it should have been available since the end of November, the emui version to use the beta is 9.1.0.248 but I have 9.1.0.249. Could it be because of this, or is the beta in DE available later?
