What would you say
A cheap Samsung tablet (approx. 250 euro), Huawei (350 euro) or Apple (444 euro) for the university (social work)?
It is important to me to write on the tablet with a pencil. Of the functions, I would find Apple best, but Samsung and Huawei would also be considered if the price-performance ratio is good.

I don't want to miss my iPad anymore. There are insanely great apps that you can use to directly insert photos into your notes, presentations can be easily supplemented with your notes, the process is super simple and fast. I'm absolutely convinced of Apple, no crashes, no data loss, long battery life.
Samsung and Huaweii are personally too vulnerable to viruses etc.
If so, I would go to the 300 euro iPad for the university
Samsung and Huawei no longer need a pen support.
At Samsung, only the premium tablets have S-Pen support. The slightly older Tab S4 still costs around 500 euro. There are models of the Galaxy Tab A series with S-Pen support, but these are not sold in Germany.
At Huawei I don't have a clear view of their M-Pen. As far as I know, only individual devices are supported.
Android on tablets is now not the best operating system either. Yes, you can deal with it, but in some aspects you notice the deficits.
For your needs, the iPad 10.2 (2019) with Apple Pencil should be the best choice. If you like iOS (iPadOS), you have a strong platform.
You may also want to consider Windows tablets. The Surface Go with Microsoft's Surface Pen would be e.g. An alternative.
The tablet models would also be quite good for a precise comparison.
