I want to run a webshop and mainly sell smartphones.
Now the question: What do I have to show the manufacturer, so I get the equipment at the dealer price and how do I even get to the right department, for example. Samsung, Huawei or Apple, which is responsible for something like that?
Can someone give me some experience with some tips?
In each case to the local representative, if available; Wholesale. On presentation of the trade license you get a discount - the more, the more discount.
What uses a simple mobile phone shop? This is TOT because there's enough. It's only about the price
Your business registration
But do not be frightened… These things will be more expensive for you than for the end user in mm or Saturn, because the very different quantities shopping… Or would you buy phones in pallet quantities? There are already a lot of devices on it… And in a uvp of z.b. 500 euro, the net UK is 420 euro, so I estimate the dealer EK to 250-300 euro net - depending on the purchase quantity
You do not earn the money with the equipment but have a say in the contracts.
From nothing, comes nothing! - Imagine what is necessary to run a shop (legal).
The products are the least knowledgeable -. Tax, planning, aquise, customer acquisition and care - just to name the beginning.
Incidentally, manufacturers sell only to major customers directly - the end-seller dealer is supplied by the wholesaler.
Of course I want to do everything legally! But just without a shop, but only in the net.
So in that case I would be supplied by the wholesaler, did I understand that correctly? Which is there, for example?
I thought so.
I understand what you mean…
I understand. It was just an idea.
On the net this is an online SHOP. Again, you have to have a clue of everything that AlterLeipziger points out. So just opening such a shop will not work.
I know that, just wanted to add that again.
I just meant… What the first steps would be, or what is the basic requirement to even knock on the manufacturer / major customers, nothing more. But I already thought that you need a trade license.
I can't comment on wholesalers in this area.
At the beginning of self-employment, I recommend to visit the IHK or similar. To inquire after instruction and / or documents for "business start-up". Because there are mistakes at the beginning, which can be avoided. There are also business start-up subsidies and loans etc. All this gets there.
