Cell phone keyboard disappeared now what?

I have a Huawei 6x. Yesterday my keyboard suddenly disappeared and I can no longer log in to my cell phone. As soon as I have to enter my password, the keyboard appears briefly. I can press 2 digits and then it disappears.

I already deleted Android Chache. I would like to avoid a hard reset because important data is on my smartphone.

Are there any other ways to unlock my phone?
