How long does a cell phone need to load?

I'm going on vacation tomorrow and the drive could take a bit longer, so of course my phone should be fully charged. I want to use it before, so before we leave. Now my question: how long before the start of the ride do I have to charge my phone so that it is fully charged when we leave? My mobile is still new, I got it at the end of June. Huawei. Do you know how long the phone charges?

Depends on the phone and battery. Mine loads in 3 hours full

A complete charge (from 0 - 100%) takes 2 - 3 hours. Attention, on a journey by car, bus or train, the radio cell often changes (every few miles), then the battery runs much faster. If you only want to play games or listen to music, switch the phone to "flight mode", then you will not make any streaming network dial-up.
