How can the battery of my smartwatch last so long?

The battery of my Huawei GT2 lasts 10-13 days with normal use, 7-8 days with intensive use (4x a week of exercise). It measures my pulse, stress level and oxygen 24/7.

An Apple Watch lasts 3 days when it comes up.

how does the Huawei please?

Because it doesn't have really strong hardware and only tracks your activities, it hardly consumes anything

An Apple Watch can easily manage a week there
