Sim detects Wlan router and throttles?

I have a Wi-Fi router with a sim. When I asked Sunrise why I could only build speeds of 0.01 mbps, I was told that the simcard recognizes that it is a Wi-Fi hotspot and automatically throttles, as they have special subscriptions for hotspots,

The device is a Huawei E5330Bs-2

My question is, if I can somehow trick the sim card, so she thinks it's not a hotspot?
