How can I block everyone?

I wanted to download an mp3 from a website (which was apparently safe) and then ended up in an SMS group without knowing it. I want to get out of there, I didn't want to go in! I think it came from a Captcha confirmation. There are 19 people there and I want to block them all. How do I do that? And are they bots or real people? Nobody wrote anything there. Should I do a virus scan and how can I set (with Huawei) that only saved contacts can call / write? But most importantly, how do I block them all? I don't have them in my contacts.

Whether they are real: I have no idea. Just block them when they do something.

How do you come to the conclusion that this has to do with the illegal download?

I don't know if it was an illegal download because the security symbol was displayed. I would like to find out why they are writing to me. Or nobody wrote anything, maybe they just gave me the numbers? That's part of the question.

I have now read an article on Chip that says it should be legal and safe to use the site.

First try to leave the group differently, if that doesn't work, just delete it.
