Old Huawei is no longer a concern, what should I choose?

The huawei sign was just visible for hours, now I have managed to get here using the Internet and keyboard shortcuts, what do I have to choose?

Press the key for "ok". Probably the on / off button.

"recovery" resets the device to the factory settings.

You could reset it in recovery. However, this also deletes all data and it is not certain whether it will work again.

What about the other options?

You could of course try again normal boat.
