I've just had an Emui update on my Huawei p8 Lite. (8.0.0)

Can I somehow undo that? (And if you can, just explain)

I have the P9 Lite and if I reset it to factory default, the version of the software is reset, but you should not do this. The old software is partly no longer correct and you will not be happy.

I do not really like the Oreo design. And the new 'graphic' irritates me a bit.
