I have a Huawei p20 lite. I opened the sim slot with the supplied pen and inserted the sim card. That was a few months ago. Now I want to change the map, but the sim slot does not open. I push and nothing happens. (So with the pen)
I wanted to ask if anyone had that and / or knows how to get the SIM card out.
Try a paperclip.
Take some time to push the pin, not to be too careful.
Or try with a paper clip.
If you've inserted a shredded sim card (ie sliced a mini-sim or micro-sim to nano format) you've been unlucky. A real nano-sim card is thinner than a bigger sim card, then the mechanism jams and a repair shop has to open the phone and remove the sim card.
