Problem with the cellphone speakers?

I have a problem with the speakers on my Huawei pSmart 2020.

The speakers don't work, but when I apply pressure to the back of the phone, i.e. If I press firmly on the back, the sound goes back, but only until I let go, because when I do that the sound stops immediately.

I have no idea what to do or if I can do anything… I would be very happy if you have a helpful answer ready for me.

I didn't find anything on the internet either…

(It only started 2.3 weeks ago, I wanted to play music, and from then on it no longer worked 😕)

What should I do? I don't know what to do next

Let repair. But it will cost something depending on the effort.

As Lloyd58 writes, only a repair will help here. Seems to be a contact problem.

Alternatively, you can think about a cheap Bluetooth speaker / headphones - it makes noise and doesn't cost that much. )

Did the same with my P10. Look if there's sand or dust in the speakers and if so, get it out somehow. If that doesn't help, restart your cell phone, that worked for me. Otherwise you have to go to repair
