Unlock bootloader (Huawei)?

Does jmd know a way to get the bootloader unlock code from a Huawei p10 lite because huawei no longer offers unlock codes.

I've already tried it with Sigmakey but it only shows the error smartcard recoure manager is not running even though I have activated the service manually.
