Why can't I install Instagram?

I have a Huawei P30 pro. It is the latest software update. I installed Instagram two months earlier, but then deleted it. I go to the google play store. Then I enter "Instagram" in the search. I click Install and then it says:

A problem occurred. Please try it again.

What can I do now? Restarting is also no longer an option. I've already tried.

That doesn't sound like a mistake where you could do a lot yourself, just wait and maybe. Try again tomorrow…
