Huawei P20, background is constantly changing?

The background keeps changing whenever I swipe, accidentally flicking my finger left / right on the screen or just when I turn on my phone.

I have not set on live background.

Can someone help me who also has a Huawei? And it's not that I have a clue about mobile phones, because after all, I already had a Samsung and iPhones before that. That was not the case with cell phones.
