Wanted to ask if anyone knows if there's a one ui ROM from the s8 / 9/10 or a one ui port for the p smart 2019.
You can't port Samsung ROM to Huawei.
But take a look yourself at ROMs. Looks rather mau.

Apart from that, the bootloader is blocked at Huawei anyway.
We can enable bootloader in Huawei phones. But I need the one ui rom that will support Huawei phone. Do you know?
