I have n huawei p30 pro and standard n SOS emergency service. Emergency Contacts automatically get SMS with location. But ask me because that is the case with other SOS services if the police are alerted

Both the 110 and the 112 do not accept text messages in Germany. This is because the SMS gives little to no guarantees on the transmission. An SMS can also hang days or hours in the telephone network. (super rare but happens) So your question answers itself.
