Create folder homescreen?

Can you somehow create folders for Android via the internet? I would like to organize my homescreen so that I can name folders with a red emoji for example and since all apps that are red come in

If you can do this somehow with an app or online via a website, quite a few apps therefore have a lot of work, even for the seer

I would recommend the https://play.google.com/...cher&hl=de for this. For the app icons you can search for icon packs, there are a lot of them.

There's no other option than to create every folder manually.
