For your battery problems you should calibrate your battery once
so load from 100 to 0 then all the way back to 100%
and delete / restrict apps that run a lot in the background
times make sure that you are not always on maximum brightness
For maximum capacity: it is best to read out charging cycles or install a battery health app from the PlayStore
No Android app can determine that, these apps remember charging cycles and then calculate the assumed remaining capacity, but that only works if you have had such an app on your mobile phone since the first day of use.
And with possible charging cycles of 300 to 500 for lithium polymer batteries, no usable result will come out either.
If you have fully charged the cell phone once a day then it may well be that the capacity has already decreased significantly, the P30 Lite is a lithium polymer battery that can withstand significantly fewer charging cycles than a lithium ion battery.
Huawei also gives a 24-month manufacturer's guarantee on the battery, if it no longer holds out at all then contact Huawei customer service
An original battery should withstand at least 500 charges without loss of capacity.
