Deactivate and turn off automatic updates, then it should work again. I read at least several times here yesterday.
Maybe try restarting it a few more times. Or turn it off completely and leave it for a while without doing anything. Maybe you could see if you need to update the apps. If nothing works I would reset the cell phone, and if it always doesn't work you would have to go to the repair shop or buy a new one.
This is due to the "WebView" application. Either look in the Playstore to see if there's an update for it, or uninstall the updates from the application.
