Do you know how I can install fortnite on my phone (Huawei mate 10lite)? I know it's only on I phone but on Youtube I've seen videos for Android but somehow it does not work for me

Yes, that can't work either. The whole videos are fake. Fortnite is only available on IOS because it was only compressed for IOS. The game is not available for Android phone it is not supported.
