How do i get it out on my huawei mate 20 lite when i open an app that keeps the brightness the same?

At the bar where you can adjust the brightness is next to a blue box with AUTO. Simply remove the hook, then the brightness always remains the same

My Huawei Mate 20 Lite changes the brightness automatically. What can I do against it? Gu Guest
