I currently have the Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017) model and would like to get a new phone because mine is starting to slow down. What would you recommend the S9 / S9+ or S10 / s10+ a50 or the Huawei Mate 20 or the P30 Lite new Edition?

Na

Then wait for the Samsung Galaxy S20. It's actually the 11er. But they renamed it.

I know I've seen it don't need such an overpriced device

Or

I have the Huawei P smart Z and I'm really happy with it. I think it only costs 170 euro. Or just the p30, a friend has it and he says it's really good. I haven't had any experience with samsung since the S8: /

OnePlus 7T Pro

Or

OnePlus 7T

Both faster and overall better than the S10.

Al

The new Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra!

Apart from the fact that - as with all new models - the possible teething troubles can first occur… See the "fire-dangerous S7 note" and that is why user judgments from practice should be waited for

At least the question arises to me: Has the J5 been properly cleaned out in terms of data storage?

Like all PCs, smartphones with normal use accumulate a lot of data garbage. If this is not properly mucked out, At some point the internal memory becomes full AND - as is evident in this case - the overall performance slows down.

Apart from the fact that there are quite a few Android apps for data cleaning (whether they are good for something or not is the other thing), at least with my android I do it as follows:

, Every app used produces garbage. So go here into the cache (cache) and delete everything there. Normally there's no access data, passwords e.g. Lost email programs etc.

Whatsapp in particular is extremely plumping up with increasing use of data… One of the worst "data overweight people" I know.

, With the J5 (and also with every other android), regularly clean the device's cache (cache). As a rule, No contact details etc. Lost.

Et al I do all of the aforementioned "slimming cures" regularly with my older android WITHOUT so-called data cleaning apps (Ccleaner and Co.). What i More total storage capacity and overall performance as on the first day.

P.S. Not everything new is automatically better… Which is why I stay with my android as long as possible. Et al The advantages over New models clearly speak for themselves:

Self-replaceable battery, IR sensor, 3.5mm jack socket… All things that quietly fall away on newer models despite the sometimes exorbitant purchase prices (saved)

How is the p30 lite new edition

Or

I don't know that, unfortunately, but you can look for reviews on the internet.

Have you ever thought about LG V30? I was a "Samsung disciple" for a long time, but I no longer follow the pricing policy and ultimately decided to change my mind. Hard glass front, metal housing and good sound via Bluetooth and jack convinced me. Add to that a long battery life and a stable overall system that is not even frozen in over a year of use.

If Huawai, I would take the P30 lite, which is not quite so goggle.
