WhatsApp reads messages?

I bought a new smartphone (Huawei Mate 20 Pro). The problem is that the device reads out incoming WhatsApp messages or tells me I have a new message. Sometimes even in French or Turkish! Does anyone know a solution?

To enable or disable TalkBack:

Touch Apps.
Touch Settings.
Touch Accessibility> TalkBack.
Slide the TalkBack switch to the On or Off position.
Touch OK.
