Is the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S recommendable?

I looked at a couple of Huawei cell phones and because they don't have a googe play service I'm looking for a Xiaomi cell phone under 250 euro and the note 9s seems to be good.

Would you recommend it to me or do you know better cell phones for less than 250 euro?
