Nope, that's by far the worst of the three.
Of the three that would be the best in my eyes, but only because of the large display and good battery life. The P20 Lite is by far the lame and therefore the worst, that Mate 20 Lite is just as it is, nothing special, gives better, but no scrap.
I would not take any of those. In the price range, I would choose between the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite and the Redmi Note 7. The former, if the camera is more important to you, the latter, if the battery life is more important to you. Both have the same performance, in games more than the Mate 20 Lite or Honor 8X.
Have looked at many reviews on the Honor 8x and have in Media Market the Honor 8x also looked at times and tested a bit and find it actually quite good.
