There are various smartwatches that work with Android, but they usually have their own operating system.

If you want to have an Android Wear watch, have a look at Amazon and search for Android Wear, there are some from Sony, Ticwatch, Samsung only an old one (everything else is Tizen OS), then there's the Xiaomi Mi Watch with Android Wear, but don't know whether this is already available on Amazon, otherwise it is available from gearbest.

If it is not so urgent, I would advise you to wait a little longer until the first watches with a Snadragon 4100 processor come, they should be significantly faster and more energy efficient (although more than 2 Tgae runtime will probably not be possible, but the General performance will be significantly better), I think the first watches will come by the end of the year at the latest.

Real Android Wear watches cost around 180 euro upwards if they are new, everything else, especially watches that only have Android installed, are cheaper, but a lot of them are not really good, just their own things like the watches from Fitbit, Huawei, Samsung, etc., but I would not advise you to buy an 80 euro watch with native / real Android, these are usually empty after 3-4 hours of running time.

I have Samsung galaxy s 20 but the Samsung watches are stupid because they only have galaxy store apps and there aren't that many in them.
