Which SmartWatch?

After a long research I became friends with 2 SmartWatches. Either the Huawei GT 2 or the Samsung Gear Active 2

Which you could recommend more, hear a lot of positive things about both.

Have the active 1 and am very satisfied

Is the battery life okay? I heard the Huawei is said to be outstanding in this, but of course also with smears

I would get none but if they did.

Because I'm a Huawei user and Samsung hate more than fingerprints on the monitor. 😄

I can understand that the GT2 unfortunately lacks a bit of functionality, because the Samsung is way ahead. That's why I'm unsure, because I might be disappointed by the Huawei.

I would choose the Galaxy Watch Active 2.

I have an older Gear S3 and am very satisfied with the ecosystem except for 2 points.

On the one hand, there's still no contactless payment in Germany because the right software is missing in Germany. The NFC hardware is available. On the other hand you have "only" Bixby and no Google Assistant.

The Huawei GT2 doesn't seem to have a voice assistant or NFC.

In terms of design, I find the Galaxy Watch Active 2 even simpler than the GT2.

The battery life of my Gear S3 is 2-3 days. The Watch Active 2 should be in a similar range. Compared to WearOS smartwatches, the runtime is very good, but can't keep up with the runtime of the GT2.
