Which cell phone can you recommend 123?
I'm currently looking for a new cell phone because mine is actually no longer working properly and wanted to ask if you can recommend some and list the advantages or disadvantages…
I can't spend that much money on it so it would be great if it cost around 200 euro.
But no Huawei or Xiaomi, please, but rather Samsung or Apple, although I doubt Apple can get a cell phone around 200 euro.

You can get a Samsung Galaxy s9 for around 220 euro. A cell phone with a top camera, 64 GB of memory (expandable up to 400 GB) and a Samsung. For 200 euro the price / performance is really good, you just have to live with the fact that you only get security updates.

You won't find anything useful from your listed manufacturers such as Apple and Samsung.
The best device in the price range comes from the manufacturer Xiaomi with the Poco X3 NFC.

Now the question of what to look for. After a good device for 200 euro, the manufacturer Xiaomi would be the best thing you could do to yourself or you run by brand and also gladly accept worse components in the device, such as camera, display, speakers, battery, etc.
The Fairphone is a nice concept, but hardly any good.
There are no recommended devices from Samsung or Apple. At Apple there's luckily a used iPhone 7 which does not get any updates or a Samsung which is more current, but can't score in any aspect.
