Looking for a cheap but good tablet?

What am I going to do? Well, more towards Netflix and surfing. But don't need one with SIM slot.

What i don't need No iPad, nothing to gamble and no unnecessary frills.

I need win Tablet which runs very smoothly, is HD capable and does not cost quite as much. Had expected up to about 150 euro.
Possibly the Huawei T5 thought. Is on offer with us, but I know nothing about tablets and do not feel like scrap.
