Notebook too slow - what can you do about it?

I have my Huawei laptop for 1 year and 3 months now and I notice that it is getting slower and slower. I don't have a lot of programs and I rarely play Roblox, which now isn't the most blatant quality game. I also notice that the fan is loud when I surf the web. Is there any point in resetting the laptop? Even when I open Chrome, it takes longer than usual.

Look times in the task manager what concerns autostart. When you have enough ram it gets full

Resetting only helps if you don't refill it afterwards, otherwise you can do it again and again.

Get a debloater for Windows 10.

This basically deletes unnecessary apps that Windows installed itself.

If this laptop uses Windows 10, you could remove it in the autostart (task bar → right click → task manager → tab "autostart").

Or you deactivate the Windows animations.

Or, my favorite: You just install Linux, it's much gentler and faster.

But in the end you have to decide.
